📋 Description

• Supervising Psychotherapist role at Limbic Limited, a leading clinical AI company for mental healthcare, ensuring clinical excellence and safety in AI-led patient care within the Limbic Care Clinic.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising Peer Support Specialists, reviewing AI therapy service logs for clinical accuracy and safety, managing clinical escalations from AI or peer teams, conducting risk assessments, and reporting trends to the Head of Clinical Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Full, unrestricted psychotherapist licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC) or Psychologist license
• Active California state licensure to practice psychotherapy
• 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Proven experience supervising or training clinicians or peer support staff
• Advanced skills in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning
• Strong interest in AI and ability to evaluate machine-generated text clinically; prior AI/mental health tech experience a plus
