📋 Description
- • The Supervisor 2, Program Planner/Scheduler will manage schedules for a division within Draper’s business area, serving as an expert in EVMS and IMS best practices and acting as a liaison between Draper and the customer on scheduling issues while managing junior planners.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading a team of planning professionals, developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project based on customer requirements, ensuring IMS compliance with government standards, resource-loading the schedule with target budgets, conducting performance capture and analysis, supporting EAC and LRE processes, developing the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software, and integrating program plans across finance, engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and quality teams.
