- • Lead and develop a team of Implementation Coordinators responsible for Essentials Pro and Trading Partner client implementations.
- • Oversee all aspects of client implementation processes, ensuring adherence to company service methodology and best practices.
- • Serve as the primary escalation point for service issues and client risks, balancing organizational and client needs with professionalism.
- • Partner with Sales, Support, Success, and Product leadership to align implementation strategies and improve client outcomes.
- • Design, develop, and execute training programs for new and existing team members, including initial onboarding and ongoing skill development.
- • Conduct performance audits to monitor team quality and productivity, providing constructive feedback and setting developmental goals.
- • Document and present performance assessments, establish measurable individual and team objectives aligned with business goals, and track progress.
- • Actively contribute to Product Launch Management activities from the Implementation Coordinator perspective, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption.
- • Identify internal and client-facing risks and implement mitigation and resolution strategies to safeguard implementation timelines and client satisfaction.
- • Maintain disciplined communication with clients to set clear expectations, manage timelines, and ensure transparency throughout implementation cycles.
- • Represent the Delivery Services team in internal and external meetings, building credibility and trust across departments.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
- • Ensure consistent application of company policies, documentation standards, and client communication protocols across all implementation activities.
- • Support a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to propose creative solutions and think outside the box.
- • Promote a high-performance environment through mentorship, coaching, and recognition of team achievements.
- • Travel up to 20% to support client engagements, team development, or corporate initiatives as required.
- • Maintain awareness of healthcare industry trends and regulatory changes impacting implementation workflows and client requirements.
- • Ensure all team activities comply with company security protocols, including mandatory video participation in all virtual meetings.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience in Healthcare and/or Healthcare IT industry
- • 4+ years of relevant business experience, including at least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
- • Experience with implementation of healthcare software solutions
- • Ability to travel up to 20%
- • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- • Ability to solve problems holistically and see the big picture when analyzing situations
