📋 Description
- • As a Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Management at iRhythm Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational excellence of a leading digital healthcare company dedicated to improving cardiac care through innovative wearable biosensing technology and data analytics. Your leadership directly supports the company’s mission to provide timely, accurate diagnoses for patients at risk of arrhythmias, impacting over 1 million lives already served.
- • You will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned revenue cycle workstreams—spanning front-end and/or back-end functions—by supervising internal teams and vendor partners, ensuring adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement across the full claim lifecycle.
- • Your daily responsibilities include monitoring team and vendor performance against key metrics such as first yield pass, DSO, clean claim rates, denial trends, turnaround times, AR aging, and audit results; serving as an escalation point for complex billing and payer issues; collaborating with IT, Finance, Compliance, Patient Services, and Market Access teams on system enhancements and workflow automation; leading, coaching, and developing team members through performance feedback and skill development; and preparing operational reports for RCM leadership.
- • You will partner closely with vendor managers and the Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to support SLA compliance, vendor governance, and process improvement initiatives, while promoting a culture of accountability, quality, and patient-centered financial practices across all RCM functions.
- • iRhythm’s Revenue Cycle Management team operates within an energetic, collaborative, and mission-driven environment where innovation in healthcare technology meets rigorous operational discipline. You will join a company that values builders—curious, innovative problem solvers committed to shaping the future of cardiac health and improving patient outcomes through excellence in financial operations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in end-to-end revenue cycle management within a high-growth digital health setting, strengthen your people leadership and change management capabilities, and gain exposure to cross-functional initiatives involving IT systems, compliance frameworks, and healthcare analytics—positioning you for advancement into senior RCM or healthcare operations leadership roles.
