📋 Description

• The Supervisor, Risk Program Management oversees the day-to-day operations of the Enhanced Fraud Services team, ensuring service excellence is delivered to financial institutions and their members while maintaining department quality standards and SLA compliance.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing and responding to escalated financial institution inquiries, conducting performance reviews, leading team meetings, managing training and development, assigning work, monitoring performance, providing feedback, contributing to marketing and sales initiatives, creating presentations, managing projects, and collaborating across the enterprise.
• Velera is a leading payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and integrated fintech solutions provider serving over 4,000 financial institutions across North America, committed to accelerating partners’ success through innovative financial technology and inspired service under a people-helping-people philosophy.
• The role offers opportunities to develop leadership and supervisory skills, deepen expertise in fraud and risk management, drive process improvements, influence team engagement and development, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance member experience and organizational growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Seven (7) years within the financial service industry
• Five (5) years professional experience in risk management and/or fraud
• Three (3) years experience leading project teams, team lead, and/or supervisory experience
• Experience with data analytical tools
• Experience with fraud mitigation industry tools within the financial service industry
