📋 Description
- • As a Supervisor, Special Loans & Products at Valon VM Inc., you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Special Products team, ensuring compliance, SLA adherence, and high-quality service for borrowers with specialized loan needs such as SCRA-protected loans, ARMs, assumptions, and co-ops.
- • You will plan and organize team workflows, resolve complex servicing issues, review and improve processes, monitor ARM loan payment changes, and maintain accurate loan records while ensuring all activities comply with investor, state, and federal regulations.
- • You will partner with the Special Products Department Manager to document procedures, identify process gaps, provide coaching and training to direct reports, manage team performance through productivity models, and keep senior leadership informed of operational changes or risks.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in niche mortgage servicing areas, develop people management skills, and contribute to process innovation within a fast-growing, technology-driven company backed by Andreessen Horowitz and managing over $130 billion in loans.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of special servicing experience
- • 1+ years of experience in people management
- • Experience in creating and developing new policies
- • Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
- • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- • Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent required
