📋 Description
- • Provide technical customer support via email, chat, and other company channels, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
- • Explain technical solutions clearly and effectively to customers, translating complex information into understandable guidance.
- • Analyze and resolve simple technical problems by reviewing logs, integrations, and configurations, documenting applied solutions.
- • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership and follow-up.
- • Contribute to process and product improvements by suggesting enhancements that increase support team efficiency and customer experience.
- • Work within defined SLAs to meet response and resolution time targets in a 100% remote, international environment.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Technical or higher education in Technology or Communication-related fields (completed or in progress).
- • Experience with ticketing systems such as HubSpot, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
- • Strong oral and written communication skills.
- • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- • Customer-centric mindset with the capacity to handle diverse situations.
- • Collaborative, proactive, curious, and respectful attitude toward differences.
