- • Provides administrative support to support professionals and management within Agilent Technologies' support organization, handling document creation, call management, office automation, and remote team assistance.
- • Acts as a liaison between customers and internal product divisions, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication across teams.
- • Works within a global services and support team focused on delivering technical assistance and operational efficiency for Agilent’s products and customers.
- • Gains experience in cross-functional coordination, customer service operations, and support workflows while developing organizational and communication skills in a remote, full-time role.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative, support, or customer-facing roles.
- • Some higher education, specialized training, or certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- • Proficiency in office automation tools and document creation for internal and external audiences.
- • Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
- • Ability to manage calls and support remote team operations effectively.
