- • The Supplier Operations Associate at Project Expedition, Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of supplier data, product information, and pricing across the company’s travel marketplace, directly supporting seamless operations for Tour Operators and internal teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product and pricing updates, supporting new product launches and removals, investigating and resolving pricing and operational discrepancies, building and maintaining supplier relationships through regular communication, maintaining supplier account records, supporting compliance efforts such as insurance tracking and payment reconciliation, and leveraging AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.
- • The Supplier Partnerships Team at Project Expedition is a fast-growing, collaborative unit focused on sustaining and expanding the company’s network of Tour Operators by ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and strong partner relationships in a dynamic travel marketplace.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in supplier operations, data management, and cross-functional coordination while gaining hands-on experience in travel industry operations, process improvement, and stakeholder management—positioning you to grow into broader operational or partnership leadership roles as the company scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in operations, account management, supplier support, or a similar role
- • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- • Comfortable managing large volumes of data across multiple systems and platforms
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- • Clear and effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
- • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or suppliers
- • Familiarity with APIs and how pricing, availability, and content flow between systems is a plus
- • Marketplace, e-commerce, or travel industry experience is preferred
- • Fluent in English with strong written communication skills; additional languages are a bonus
