📋 Description

• A well-established IT consulting firm with deep roots in enterprise digital transformation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Functional Consultant with SME-level expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• You will support a large-scale digital transformation program for a manufacturing/supply chain client, working closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive requirements gathering, process documentation, and ERP implementation alignment.
• This is a fully remote, long-term contract engagement (1 year with extension possible) open to all work authorization types.
• You will lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, GPOs, and Process Owners to elicit and validate requirements.
• You will document current-state ('As-Is') and future-state ('To-Be') processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains.
• You will create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and gap assessments.
• You will ensure process requirements are clearly aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership; facilitate consensus across business and technology teams.
• You will present findings, recommendations, and process improvement proposals to leadership stakeholders.
• You will support governance, decision-making, and change management activities throughout the transformation program.
• You will perform target/data mapping and write and analyze SQL queries to support ERP implementation activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Proven SME-level, hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in manufacturing environments.
• Documented experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects at enterprise scale.

🏖️ Benefits

• Rate: $70/hr on W2
• Contract duration: 1 year, with extension possible
