📋 Description

• • As a Supply Chain Manager (LATAM) at Walter GmbH, you will own and optimize the end-to-end supply chain across multiple eCommerce channels, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and smooth operations from factory to final delivery—directly impacting the company’s ability to scale and meet customer demand.
• • You will manage supplier relationships, place and track purchase orders, oversee inventory across Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, Walmart WFS, and 3PLs, coordinate freight and logistics, prevent stockouts and overstock, and drive cost optimization through data-informed decisions and process improvements.
• • Walter GmbH partners with fast-growing eCommerce brands, particularly in the beauty and wellness space, to build scalable, resilient supply chains that support rapid growth across global platforms like Amazon, TikTok, and Walmart.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in multi-channel eCommerce logistics, strengthen supplier negotiation and international freight management skills, and gain hands-on experience scaling operations across complex fulfillment networks—positioning you as a strategic operations leader in high-growth digital commerce.
