- • Own end-to-end material readiness and supply chain execution for critical hardware programs including custom silicon, systems, memory, storage, networking, and rack infrastructure across NPI and production phases.
- • Drive supply planning and execution for long lead-time and constrained commodities such as ASICs, HBM, DDR, SSDs, networking components, optics, power systems, thermal solutions, and mechanicals.
- • Build and manage material readiness plans aligned to proto/pre-EVT, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production schedules with precision and timeliness.
- • Monitor supply health metrics including lead times, inventory positions, allocation risks, and capacity constraints to proactively identify and mitigate disruptions.
- • Lead shortage management, allocation mitigation, and recovery planning to maintain program timelines amid global supply constraints.
- • Coordinate supply commits, forecast alignment, and continuity planning with external suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure on-time material delivery.
- • Partner with Engineering teams to translate product requirements into executable supply chain strategies and operational roadmaps.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment across Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure synchronized program execution.
- • Coordinate with ODMs, CMs, and global suppliers on material schedules, build readiness, and operational execution for complex hardware programs.
- • Lead material reviews, supply risk assessments, and executive-level program updates to communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- • Establish governance models and operating cadences across internal and external stakeholders to standardize supply chain decision-making.
- • Manage supplier accountability for lead times, supply commits, recovery plans, and escalation protocols to maintain supply continuity.
- • Support commercial negotiations with operational insights derived from supply chain data and risk analysis.
- • Coordinate material flow strategies across global suppliers, distribution hubs, manufacturing sites, and final deployment locations.
- • Evaluate and implement second-source and supply resiliency strategies to reduce dependency on single suppliers or geographies.
- • Develop scalable material planning and execution mechanisms to support rapid scaling in AI infrastructure programs.
- • Improve forecast management, supply visibility, exception handling, and inventory planning processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- • Build dashboards and KPI frameworks to track supply readiness, shortage exposure, inventory risk, and overall operational health.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain execution, process standardization, and tool adoption to elevate performance.
- • Ensure supply chain strategies are aligned with the unique demands of AI-native hardware, including custom silicon and hyperscale infrastructure.
- • Maintain strict adherence to export control laws and regulations applicable to hardware programs and international supply chains.
