  • • As a Supply Chain Systems Analyst at Sesame Technologies, Inc., you will play a critical role in setting the foundational systems required as the company enters the market, serving as the primary architect and administrator for ERP and PLM environments to ensure data integrity and seamless workflows across hardware platforms.
  • • You will lead the implementation, management, and optimization of ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and PLM (e.g., Arena) systems, conduct deep dives into supply chain data to deliver actionable insights, define requirements and design workflows for first-generation products, maintain system hygiene as the single source of truth for financial and supply chain metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align systems with product design and manufacturing needs.
  • • Sesame is building a new kind of computer focused on making voice agents part of daily life, founded by leaders from Oculus, Ubiquity6, Meta, Google, and Apple, with deep expertise in hardware and software, aiming to create lifelike computers that can see, hear, and collaborate naturally with users.
  • • In this role, you will translate complex supply chain data into strategic business insights, help scale systems from the ground up alongside a senior team with proven startup scaling experience, and develop expertise in enterprise systems, supply chain analytics, and cross-functional leadership within a high-impact, innovative hardware startup.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or managing and implementing ERP and PLM systems
  • • Background in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a similar data-heavy field where you have translated data into strategy
  • • Experience with global supply chain and/or hardware financials
  • • Proven experience in building and refining analytics/metrics for a new organization
  • • Skilled at spreadsheets and data dashboards
  • • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
