- • Support Enablement Lead at Harvey AI Inc., a company transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and an enterprise-grade platform, with 1000+ customers in 60+ countries and strong product-market fit.
- • Own the enablement and quality strategy for the support org, including onboarding, ongoing training, skills development, QA, and feedback loops connecting quality findings to learning content; co-own the enablement roadmap, design scalable onboarding programs, oversee ongoing enablement, and partner with Product to turn release notes into team education.
- • Work within a sharp, motivated team that moves fast, operates with intensity, takes ownership, and stays close to customers to solve real problems with urgency and care; report to the Support Operations Manager while serving as the primary day-to-day guide for Support Enablement Specialists and QA Specialists.
- • Develop expertise in scaling enablement functions in a high-growth SaaS environment, drive impact through data-driven program improvement, and shape the future of support excellence at a company defining a new category in professional services AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in support enablement or a related role within a technical SaaS product environment
- • Experience mentoring or guiding others in a senior IC capacity — setting direction, giving useful feedback, and helping people grow without a formal management title
- • Demonstrated ability to own an enablement strategy end-to-end — from identifying needs and setting priorities through to building and delivering content
- • Strong instructional design instincts: understanding how to chunk information, sequence learning, and choose the right format for the right audience
- • Experience working in fast release cycles and adapting content rapidly as products and processes evolve
- • Data-driven approach to program improvement — comfortable defining success metrics and using them to make decisions
