📋 Description
- • The Support Engineer, SAP PI/PO role is critical to ensuring the stability and performance of mission-critical SAP applications for global clients, directly impacting business continuity and operational efficiency.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting complex SAP PI/PO issues, providing remote functional support and training, managing key client accounts as a technical advisor, developing application fixes, collaborating in a 24x7 virtual team, and documenting solutions with precision.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SAP PI/PO across ECC and S/4 Hana environments, sharpen your problem-solving and client communication skills, and grow as a trusted technical advisor in a high-performing, globally distributed support organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of relevant SAP experience with PI/PO and direct end-user support in a corporate environment
- • Experience designing and configuring interfaces in SAP XI/PI/PO across different versions
- • Familiarity with SAP monitoring tools including Component Monitoring, Message Monitoring, Performance Monitoring, and Cache Monitoring
- • Experience creating and converting structures and mappings in SAP PI/PO
- • Extensive work with various adapters such as JDBC, HTTP, IDoc, RFC, File, XI, SOAP, WS, and REST
- • Fluency in both English and Portuguese (required)
