This role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless operation of our mobile grooming services, acting as the friendly, calm, and resourceful voice that guides clients through their entire journey with us, from the initial booking of their pet's grooming appointment to providing critical real-time support for our Pet Stylists operating in the field.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of essential customer service functions. You will diligently answer inbound calls and SMS messages from pet parents, responding with warmth, empathy, and efficiency. This includes addressing inquiries about appointments, facilitating rescheduling requests, and handling urgent needs with a calm and reassuring demeanor. A key part of your role involves the meticulous vetting and confirmation of online bookings. You will review each request, verify all necessary details, and finalize appointments, ensuring that every aspect aligns with Barkbus’s stringent standards for pet safety, client experience, and operational logistics. This attention to detail is crucial for setting the right expectations and ensuring a positive outcome for every grooming session.
- • You will play a vital role in supporting rescheduling efforts, working collaboratively with clients to accommodate their changing schedules. Your goal will be to find solutions that minimize hassle and maximize satisfaction, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported even when plans need to change. Furthermore, you will be responsible for responding to a variety of email inquiries directed to our info@ inbox. This requires providing timely, clear, and accurate responses to general questions, support requests, and feedback, maintaining a consistent and professional brand voice across all written communications.
- • A unique and critical aspect of this role is providing direct assistance to our Pet Stylists via SMS. As they are on the road, often in client locations, you will serve as their dependable point of contact. This involves offering real-time support, troubleshooting any issues that may arise during their day, and relaying necessary information to ensure their schedule runs smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to provide quick and effective support will directly impact the productivity and success of our grooming teams.
- • To ensure seamless service delivery, follow-up, and effective team coordination, you will operate with a high degree of accuracy. This means diligently documenting every interaction, inquiry, and resolution within our internal systems.
