- • As a Support Specialist (Fixed Term Contract - 1 Year) at Globalization Partners, Inc., you will support customers and professionals across HR, IT, Finance, and benefits inquiries, serving as the first point of contact for resolving queries in a timely manner.
- • You will manage customer relationships, triage and prioritize tickets by urgency, and utilize Zendesk and GPP to track interactions and maintain accurate records while ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- • You will work within a remote-first, diverse team that values innovation and flexibility, contributing to a global SaaS platform that enables companies to hire in over 180 countries without establishing local entities.
- • You will develop expertise in shared services across HR, IT, and Finance functions, strengthen communication and problem-solving skills, and gain experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment while supporting the company’s mission of expanding global opportunity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Global Shared Services with at least six months in HR-related Shared Services (Hire to Retire), IT Level 1 Support, or Finance Shared Services (payroll, billing, invoices, benefits) in a Tier 1 model.
- • Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with strong knowledge of HR procedures and policies, and a resourceful, problem-solving aptitude.
- • Strong knowledge of Zoho and GPP platforms, along with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- • Proven experience in similar shared services roles, ability to work in international, multicultural teams, and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- • Meticulous attention to detail, literacy with MS Office, and ability to meet SLAs and KPIs consistently.
