In this pivotal role, you will be the frontline of our customer experience, delivering fast, insightful, and dependable support.
  • • Your primary mode of communication will be live chat, ensuring immediate and efficient assistance to our users. You will also leverage email and internal communication channels to address a wide range of customer needs. A key responsibility will be consistently meeting our ambitious sub-4-minute first-response time standard, a testament to our commitment to prompt service. Every interaction you handle must be characterized by clarity, professionalism, and genuine empathy, ensuring our customers feel heard, valued, and supported.
  • • This position is exceptionally well-suited for individuals at the early stages of their careers who possess a natural inclination for helping others, excel at juggling multiple conversations simultaneously, and are eager to deepen their understanding of how a sophisticated SaaS product functions. You will be a crucial link, collaborating closely with our Technical Support, Customer Success, and Product teams. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for the rapid and accurate resolution of customer issues, ensuring a seamless support ecosystem.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves participating in a rotating weekend coverage schedule. This ensures our customers receive continuous support, reflecting our dedication to being available when they need us most. Your ability to adapt to this schedule will be vital to the team's success.
  • • Key responsibilities include:
  • • Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, primarily through live chat, but also via email and internal communication platforms.
  • • Maintaining a high standard of communication that is not only fast and accurate but also deeply empathetic, consistently meeting and exceeding established response-time expectations.
  • • Skillfully triaging incoming customer issues, meticulously gathering all necessary context and information before escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
  • • Clearly and concisely documenting all customer issues and interaction details, creating a valuable knowledge base for future reference, follow-up, and escalation.
  • • Efficiently managing multiple customer conversations concurrently, ensuring that the quality and professionalism of each interaction remain uncompromised.
  • • Actively partnering with the Technical Support and Customer Success departments to facilitate smooth and effective handoffs of customer issues, ensuring continuity of care.
  • • Contributing actively to fostering and maintaining a positive, collaborative support culture that champions ownership, accountability, and teamwork.
  • • Embracing a proactive approach to learning about our platform, industry, and customer needs to continuously improve support delivery.
  • • Identifying recurring issues or trends and providing feedback to the Product team to drive product improvements.
  • • Upholding Hauler Hero's brand reputation through every customer interaction, embodying our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
