- • As a Supportability Engineer 3 at Twilio, you will embed customer-centricity into the product development lifecycle by serving as the technical voice of the customer, advocating for user needs during design to prevent issues before they reach end users.
- • Day to day, you will participate in design reviews with R&D, analyze support data and customer feedback to build evidence-based business cases, define proactive product features like improved error messages and diagnostic tools, coordinate Global Ops readiness for launches, and translate complex customer use cases into actionable engineering requirements.
- • You will join a remote-first, globally inclusive team at Twilio that shapes the future of communications, empowering hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of developers to create personalized customer experiences through innovative solutions.
- • In this role, you will learn to influence product roadmaps, drive seamless feature launches, and design excellence into products to minimize reactive support, while gaining deep exposure to Twilio’s API and telecommunications platforms and advancing your impact at the intersection of customer experience and engineering.
🎯 Requirements
- • Twilio product experience is required
- • 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Product Operations, Technical Account Management, or Engineering, with a focus on complex technical products such as APIs, SaaS, or Telecommunications
- • Experience working within the technology industry, including APIs and VOIP, in either a development or support capacity
- • Proven analytical skills with experience using data tools such as Splunk, DataDog, Snowflake, SQL, or Tableau to derive actionable insights from customer feedback and support trends
- • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to advocate for customer needs to technical stakeholders and negotiate prioritization of supportability features
