• • The Surveillance Case Manager serves as a critical liaison between field investigators and clients, ensuring the efficient execution of surveillance operations and timely delivery of investigative reports for Magna Legal Services, a national provider of end-to-end legal support services.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting preliminary desktop investigations to prepare files for field investigators, coordinating with surveillance teams, providing client updates, reviewing surveillance videos for quality and consistency, and preparing clear, concise investigative reports.
• • The role is part of Magna Legal Services’ dynamic investigations team, which supports law firms, corporations, and government agencies with strategic legal support throughout all stages of legal proceedings.
