📋 Description

• As a Recruiting Coordinator at LangChain, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s mission to make intelligent agents ubiquitous by ensuring a seamless, efficient, and candidate-centric hiring experience that enables rapid team scaling.
• You will manage high-volume interview scheduling across time zones and formats, communicate proactively with candidates via email and phone, host onsite interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment data in the Ashby ATS while supporting process improvement initiatives.
• You will join a fast-moving, innovative team at LangChain — a leader in AI agent infrastructure backed by widespread adoption of its open-source tools and trusted by top engineering teams at companies like Replit, LinkedIn, and Klarna.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in modern recruiting operations, gain hands-on experience with enterprise ATS platforms, and contribute to refining hiring processes that directly impact talent acquisition and organizational growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of coordination experience within a technology company, preferably in recruiting or HR
• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple high-priority tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and passion for improving candidate experience
• Experience with modern ATS systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (bonus)
• Familiarity with designing recruiting processes like interview training programs or candidate experience flows (bonus)
