- • Own the strategic heartbeat of Avalere Health’s most influential pharmaceutical accounts. As SVP, Brand Strategy you will set the gold-standard for insight-driven planning that directly shapes how physicians, patients, and caregivers experience life-changing therapies.
- • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing strategy pod—ranging from seasoned brand planners to rising strategists—who turn complex market, cultural, and behavioral data into crystal-clear narratives that unlock bold creative and measurable business results.
- • Serve as the primary strategic partner to C-suite clients, guiding them through launch planning, portfolio architecture, and multi-year brand evolution; your frameworks will become the lingua franca across medical, creative, and account teams.
- • Lead end-to-end brand strategy projects: from commissioning and interpreting qualitative ethnographies, quantitative segmentation studies, and real-world data, to mapping customer ecosystems, authoring brand blueprints, and co-creating behavior-change campaigns that run from 30-second TV spots to TikTok-length social videos.
- • Translate dense clinical evidence and payer dynamics into emotionally resonant positioning and messaging that moves HCPs from consideration to conviction and empowers patients to initiate and persist on therapy.
- • Architect and facilitate immersive client workshops (insight sprints, positioning labs, journey-mapping hackathons) that galvanize cross-functional stakeholders and generate buy-in for disruptive creative territories.
- • Continuously scan the cultural horizon—tracking social movements, digital platform shifts, and policy reforms—to anticipate how macro forces will influence health decisions and to keep our brands culturally fluent and future-proof.
- • Codify best-practice processes that knit together strategy, science, creative, and media; you will pilot new collaboration models, measurement dashboards, and insight repositories that raise the bar for every account in the network.
- • Present compelling points-of-view at new-business pitches, industry conferences, and internal lunch-and-learns, positioning Avalere Health as the go-to strategic partner for pharma companies determined to reach every patient possible.
- • Champion diversity of thought and lived experience within your team and in the insights we surface, ensuring that health equity is not an afterthought but a design principle in every brand plan.
- • Model radical candor and growth mindset: conduct weekly coaching huddles, quarterly development plans, and annual talent reviews that turn ambitious strategists into future practice leaders.
- • Partner with finance and account leadership to scope projects, forecast revenue, and protect healthy margins while pushing for the level of rigor and creativity that wins awards and saves lives.
