  • • As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing and Student Success Technologies at Risepoint Holdings LLC, you will be at the forefront of transforming our technology landscape into an AI-native powerhouse, driving exceptional experiences for students and university partners alike.
  • • Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this executive leadership role is pivotal in shaping and executing the end-to-end technology strategy for platforms critical to student acquisition, engagement, enrollment, and ongoing success.
  • • You will unify leadership across Marketing Technology (Martech), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Student Success platforms, creating a cohesive vision for digital experience, marketing automation, and omni-channel engagement that is relentlessly focused on delivering measurable business value and enterprise growth.
  • • This is a unique opportunity within a PE-backed organization to move with agility, maintain laser focus on value creation, and scale transformative capabilities to support over 100 universities and colleges.
  • • You will serve as a key strategic partner to the Marketing and Operations teams, ensuring that technology is not just a support function but a primary enabler of growth, efficiency, personalization, and demonstrable Return on Investment (ROI) across the entire student lifecycle.
  • • Your leadership will extend to collaborating closely with the Student Journey Platform, Data, Enterprise AI, and other Business Technology (BT) teams to realize a comprehensive organizational vision.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves representing the Business Technology function and translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and innovative digital products.
  • • You will be responsible for defining and leading the integrated enterprise technology strategy and roadmap for Martech and Student Success Technologies, ensuring that all platform investments are strategically aligned with business objectives, growth outcomes, and operational efficiency goals.
  • • As the executive technology owner, you will spearhead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span Martech, CRM, and digital engagement platforms, ensuring these systems are built for scale, flexibility, automation, security, and resilience to support a high volume of student engagement across more than 100 brands.
  • • You will lead critical discussions around system architecture and data migration from a business technology perspective, ensuring a robust and future-proof foundation.
  • • In the realm of Marketing Technology & Automation, you will own the enterprise Martech ecosystem, encompassing Content Management Systems (CMS)/Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), marketing automation, personalization engines, experimentation tools, analytics platforms, SEO strategies, and AI-powered content generation.
  • • Your leadership will drive the evolution of marketing automation systems to enable sophisticated, intelligent campaign orchestration, effective lead lifecycle management, and ultimately, a lower cost of student acquisition.
  • • You will ensure the Martech stack is optimized to enhance organic discovery, facilitate AI-tool discoverability, and leverage data-driven optimization to fuel growth while reducing marketing expenditure.
  • • For CRM & Student Success Platforms, you will own the performance, stability, and strategic evolution of Risepoint’s CRM ecosystem, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
  • • Your mandate includes transforming the CRM into a true omni-channel engagement platform, integrating AI-enhanced workflows, predictive outreach capabilities, intelligent routing mechanisms, and advanced lead scoring to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • • You will ensure these CRM platforms provide intuitive, scalable, and reliable systems that empower contact center agents and student-facing teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • • A significant focus will be on AI-First Innovation, where you will champion an AI-first strategy across all Marketing and Student Success technologies.
  • • This involves staying abreast of the latest AI advancements and translating them into practical, high-impact solutions that drive tangible business results.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to deliver predictive insights, real-time optimization capabilities, and intelligent automation across the entire student journey.
  • • You will actively identify and implement opportunities to automate website creation, content generation, personalization, and engagement using cutting-edge AI-enabled tools, templates, and workflows.
  • • In Cross-Functional & Partner Leadership, you will act as a primary strategic partner to Marketing and Operations, ensuring technology directly supports campaign execution, agent productivity, and superior student experience outcomes.
  • • You will serve as the principal technology leader for all student-facing functions, adeptly translating business objectives into scalable and effective platform capabilities.
  • • Close collaboration with Business Technology, Marketing, Student Success, Operations, Product, Data, and Partner Management teams will be essential for ensuring alignment and maintaining organizational agility.
  • • You will also partner directly with university partner IT teams to guarantee platform compatibility, data integrity, robust security, and the achievement of shared success metrics.
  • • Operational Excellence & Governance will be key, involving the establishment of clear governance, intake, and change management processes that strike an optimal balance between speed, quality, and platform stability.
  • • You will ensure that automation, security, compliance, and resilience are foundational elements embedded within all platform capabilities.
  • • Management of functional budgets, vendor relationships, and external partners will be crucial, with a strong emphasis on ensuring measurable ROI and accountability.
  • • Finally, in Team & Culture Leadership, you will build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams comprising product managers, engineers, analysts, architects, and administrators.
  • • You will foster a culture of pragmatic innovation, continuous improvement, and strong ownership, with a clear focus on delivering value rapidly while ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • • You will define and meticulously manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across platform stability, agent productivity, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and overall student experience.
