- • As an SVP Relationship Manager at FIRST Insurance Funding, you will drive new business growth and maintain profitable relationships in the Northwest Region, directly contributing to the company’s mission of supporting insurance agents and brokers with premium financing solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include seeking out and securing new business through agent visits, industry events, and outreach to quality general agents; maintaining contact with existing customers by analyzing needs and providing solutions to retain and expand loan volume; collaborating with the sales team to maximize opportunities and monitor operational efficiencies; providing internal support to Marketing and Collections teams; managing travel and entertainment budgets; and maintaining CRM activity with weekly reporting to management.
- • You will be part of FIRST Insurance Funding, a leading premium finance company and subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corporation, which manages over $66 billion in assets and is committed to empowering agents, brokers, and the communities they serve through innovative financial services and inclusive workplace practices.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced relationship management and negotiation skills, deepen your expertise in insurance premium financing, enhance your financial acumen, and gain experience in strategic business development within a stable, growing financial services organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 years of experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
- • C-Suite level negotiation experience (a plus)
- • Strong financial acumen and knowledge
- • Willingness and ability to travel as required, specifically in Oregon and Washington
