- • Medier Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sweeps CRM Manager to join our innovative team, offering opportunities at various seniority levels from CRM Manager to CRM Head. This pivotal role is designed for individuals passionate about shaping customer engagement strategies on a global scale and establishing best-in-class CRM processes, particularly within our exciting Sweepstakes and Social Casino product verticals.
- • As a Sweeps CRM Manager, you will be instrumental in defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing our comprehensive CRM strategy. This encompasses all key communication channels, including Email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and onsite messaging, with a strategic emphasis on maximizing engagement and value for our Sweepstakes and Social Casino players.
- • You will own the entire customer lifecycle for these product lines, from initial onboarding and ongoing engagement to retention, reactivation of lapsed users, proactive churn prevention, and ultimately, driving lifetime value (CLV) growth. Your efforts will directly impact user loyalty and revenue generation.
- • A core aspect of this role involves planning, executing, and meticulously evaluating CRM campaigns. These campaigns will be specifically tailored to our Sweepstakes and Social Casino audiences, leveraging personalization, sophisticated behavioral segmentation, compelling bonus mechanics, engaging gamification elements, and a sharp focus on measurable Return on Investment (ROI).
- • Collaboration is key to success. You will work closely with a diverse range of cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, product managers, and data analysts. This partnership ensures that all CRM initiatives are not only creative and engaging but also deeply data-driven and perfectly aligned with overarching business objectives.
- • You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on critical CRM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes, but is not limited to, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), retention rates, conversion metrics, and churn rates. Your ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for improvement will be crucial.
- • Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations (like GDPR) and responsible gaming/sweepstakes regulatory frameworks is paramount. All communications must adhere to these guidelines, safeguarding both our users and the company.
- • Depending on your experience and the specific seniority level, your responsibilities will scale:
- • As a CRM Manager, you will focus on the execution and optimization of campaigns within the established strategic framework, ensuring day-to-day operational excellence.
- • As a Lead CRM, you will take on greater ownership of strategy development, explore and test innovative new engagement mechanics, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- • As a Head of CRM, you will define the overarching global CRM vision, manage significant budgets and CRM tools, and build, lead, and inspire a high-performing CRM team.
