- • Review and refine AI-generated content and recommendations related to system operations, automation, and reliability to ensure technical accuracy and practical applicability.
- • Evaluate AI-driven operational scenarios and workflows for realism, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best practices in IT operations and automation.
- • Develop real-world use cases, operational examples, and risk assessments based on hands-on experience managing complex IT systems and infrastructure.
- • Design scenario variations tailored to different operational roles including engineers, system administrators, and team leads to test AI reasoning across hierarchical and functional contexts.
- • Identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and overlooked risks in AI outputs, providing specific, actionable feedback to improve model performance in operational contexts.
- • Contribute directly to the training data and reasoning frameworks used by AI models to understand system operations challenges, failure modes, and automation trade-offs.
- • Collaborate remotely with AI labs and freelance peers through structured project briefs and a dedicated freelance network to enhance AI capabilities in real-time operational environments.
- • Maintain consistent communication and deliver high-quality feedback within flexible weekly time commitments of 8–20 hours.
- • Participate in onboarding processes designed to align freelance expertise with current AI training needs, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and evaluation criteria.
- • Utilize domain expertise in modern system operations, automation tools, and operational excellence practices to shape how AI interprets and responds to infrastructure and automation challenges.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experienced system operations engineer, SRE, DevOps specialist, or operations lead with a proven track record in managing and automating complex IT systems
- • Based in the EU or UK
- • Deep expertise in modern system operations approaches, automation tools, and best practices for operational excellence
- • Methodical, proactive, and effective at delivering clear, constructive feedback
- • Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable in remote communication
- • Willingness to complete a written assessment and AI-powered interview as part of the application process
