- • Review and refine AI-generated content and recommendations related to system operations, automation, and reliability to ensure technical accuracy and practical applicability.
- • Evaluate AI-driven operational scenarios and workflows for realism, efficiency, and alignment with industry best practices in system operations and DevOps.
- • Develop real-world use cases, operational examples, and risk assessments based on hands-on experience managing complex IT infrastructure and automation systems.
- • Design scenario variations tailored to different operational roles including system engineers, site reliability engineers, DevOps administrators, and team leads.
- • Identify weaknesses, blind spots, and overlooked risks in AI outputs related to system failures, incident response, configuration drift, and automation failures.
- • Provide actionable, detailed feedback to improve how AI models reason about operational challenges, troubleshooting workflows, and automation logic.
- • Contribute to training datasets and prompt frameworks that enhance AI’s understanding of real-world system operations environments.
- • Collaborate remotely with AI labs and freelance peers through structured project briefs and a dedicated freelance network.
- • Maintain consistent communication and deliver high-quality feedback within flexible weekly hours (8–20 hours) while adhering to project timelines.
- • Participate in onboarding processes to align with 10x Team’s evaluation standards and AI training methodologies.
- • Access and utilize the 10x Team AI Academy for continuous learning and professional development in AI training and operational systems.
- • Ensure all feedback is clear, constructive, and grounded in practical experience from managing production-grade systems and automation pipelines.
- • Adapt to dynamic project demand, where matching to AI training missions depends on expertise alignment, availability, and current lab priorities.
- • Complete a short written assessment and an AI-powered interview as part of the application and onboarding process.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experienced system operations engineer, SRE, DevOps specialist, or operations lead with a proven track record in managing and automating complex IT systems
- • Based in the EU or UK
- • Deep expertise in modern system operations approaches, automation tools, and best practices for operational excellence
- • Methodical, proactive, and effective at delivering clear, constructive feedback
- • Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable in remote communication
- • Ability to complete a written assessment and participate in an AI-powered interview
