- • The Systems Administrator II role at Astreya Partners, Inc. is critical to ensuring the stability and performance of large-scale building management and physical security systems for global clients. This position provides essential operational support by maintaining infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and enabling seamless service delivery through proactive monitoring and incident response.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring ticket queues and instant messaging channels, managing and troubleshooting systems and infrastructure, accurately documenting ticket metadata (including CTI tags, resolution times, and postmortems), coordinating with internal and third-party teams to resolve issues, providing after-hours support for scheduled upgrades, and offering 24/7 on-call coverage for critical system outages.
