• • The Systems Administrator II role at Astreya Partners, Inc. is critical to ensuring the stability, security, and performance of large-scale global systems supporting building management and physical security operations. This role directly enables operational continuity by providing timely, ticket-based support and proactive infrastructure management.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring ticket queues and instant messaging channels, managing and resolving troubleshooting tickets from internal and third-party teams, accurately recording ticket metadata (including CTI, resolution times, and postmortems), maintaining professional communication with vendors, providing out-of-hours support for scheduled upgrades, and delivering 24/7 on-call support for critical system outages.
