• • As a Systems Analyst at Harris Computer Systems Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This full-time, remote position, based in Pune-Baroda, India, requires a proactive and analytical individual with 3-5 years of experience to ensure our systems are not only functional but also optimized for efficiency, reliability, and strategic alignment with our organizational objectives.
• • Your primary responsibility will involve close collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders. This includes working hand-in-hand with Business Analysts to translate complex business requirements into actionable system specifications, partnering with Project Leads to ensure seamless integration and execution of system-related initiatives, and liaising with various IT teams to troubleshoot issues, validate solutions, and guarantee their consistency and viability across the organization.
• • A critical aspect of this role is the meticulous creation and maintenance of comprehensive system documentation. You will be responsible for developing and updating system guidelines, user manuals, and procedural documentation. This ensures that all organizational users have access to clear, accurate, and up-to-date information, fostering a standardized and efficient approach to system utilization.
• • Proactive risk management is another key facet of your contribution. You will be tasked with identifying potential risks associated with system changes, implementations, or ongoing operations. Subsequently, you will develop and implement robust risk mitigation plans to preemptively address these challenges, safeguarding system integrity and business continuity.
• • To empower our teams and ensure successful adoption of new or updated systems, you will conduct engaging training sessions and workshops. These sessions will be designed to educate users on system processes, functionalities, and best practices, thereby enhancing overall system proficiency and user satisfaction.
• • Continuous improvement will be a driving force in your daily activities. You will perform regular, in-depth system reviews to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and pinpoint areas for enhancement. The insights gained from these reviews will be synthesized into comprehensive reports, highlighting efficiencies and proposing actionable recommendations for optimization.
• • A significant part of your role will involve the structured prioritization of business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize these requirements, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering the most impactful solutions. You will then communicate these plans clearly to stakeholders, seeking their review and formal approval before proceeding.
