• • This is a dynamic, hands-on delivery role that demands a unique blend of deep technical expertise in Oracle ERP and a forward-thinking approach to AI-driven automation. You will be at the heart of full-cycle delivery and modernization projects, playing a pivotal role in implementing, migrating, and optimizing Oracle ERP workflows, encompassing both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• • Your primary mission will be to harness the capabilities of the Tessera AI platform to drive efficiency and innovation. This involves accelerating critical project phases such as requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system design, configuration, rigorous testing, and seamless deployment. You will be responsible for implementing and migrating various Oracle ERP modules, including but not limited to Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Project Accounting, Billing, and Costing.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve analyzing, remediating, and modernizing existing ERP customizations. You will leverage Tessera AI to streamline code remediation efforts and optimize complex workflows, breathing new life into legacy systems and ensuring they align with modern enterprise standards. Furthermore, you will be tasked with troubleshooting intricate issues that span across application, database, and integration layers, utilizing AI-assisted diagnostics to pinpoint and resolve problems with unparalleled speed and accuracy.
• • Beyond your AI-driven responsibilities, you will also engage in traditional technical development and customization. This includes developing bespoke solutions using a suite of powerful tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). You will design, implement, and maintain ERP extensions and automation solutions, ensuring they are not only functional but also powered by the intelligence of Tessera AI. Adherence to Oracle best practices and stringent enterprise governance standards will be paramount in all your development endeavors.
• • Integration and data migration are critical components of enterprise system success. You will be responsible for implementing robust integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST and SOAP APIs, Oracle SOA Suite, and various middleware platforms like MuleSoft. Managing complex data conversions and migrations will be a key focus, employing AI-assisted tools such as FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and ADF DI (Application Development Framework Data Import), alongside traditional ETL processes. Your efforts will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data flows across the entire enterprise ecosystem.
• • A comprehensive approach to testing, training, and ongoing support is essential. You will conduct thorough unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee the quality and performance of implemented solutions. Leading Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, System Integration Testing (SIT), and UAT activities will be part of your remit. You will also be involved in delivering end-user training, with proficiency in English and Spanish being a distinct advantage. Post-production support, including troubleshooting and performance optimization, will be enhanced by your ability to leverage Tessera AI insights.
• • As an onsite technical lead, you will directly engage with clients at their locations, spearheading ERP modernization projects. Your ability to translate complex client requirements into elegant technical solutions and functional designs, enhanced by AI-optimized workflows, will be crucial. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on Oracle ERP modernization strategies and championing AI-enabled best practices.
• • Finally, you will be a key proponent of enterprise automation and AI integration within the ERP landscape. You will actively apply Tessera AI-driven automation to ERP workflows, legacy code remediation, and data harmonization initiatives. Collaboration with our dedicated AI engineers to integrate ERP systems into sophisticated multi-agent automation frameworks will be a rewarding aspect of this role. You will support modernization efforts where documentation is scarce and legacy customizations present unique challenges, turning complexity into opportunity.
