• • In this dynamic, hands-on delivery role, you will be instrumental in modernizing and delivering Oracle ERP systems for our diverse clientele. This position offers a unique blend of deep technical expertise in Oracle ERP and the application of advanced AI-driven automation. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating migrations, modernizing complex legacy customizations, and ensuring seamless integrations across the entire enterprise landscape. • • You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Oracle ERP delivery and modernization projects. This includes utilizing the Tessera AI platform to efficiently implement new Oracle ERP solutions, migrate existing systems, and optimize complex workflows. Your expertise will span across both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients' diverse needs. While experience with SAP ERP is a significant advantage, your primary focus will be on maximizing the impact of our AI platform within the Oracle ecosystem.
• • **AI-Driven ERP Delivery & Systems Engineering:** You will spearhead the delivery of Oracle ERP solutions, utilizing Tessera AI automation to dramatically accelerate key project phases. This includes streamlining requirement gathering, conducting thorough fit-gap analyses, designing robust solutions, configuring systems, executing comprehensive testing strategies, and managing successful deployments. Your efforts will ensure that clients benefit from faster, more efficient, and more reliable ERP implementations. You will implement and migrate critical Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Cloud ERP modules, encompassing Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Project Accounting, Billing, and Costing. A key aspect of your role will involve analyzing, remediating, and modernizing existing ERP customizations. You will leverage Tessera AI to optimize code, refactor legacy logic, and enhance workflow efficiency, transforming outdated customizations into modern, AI-enhanced solutions. Furthermore, you will be adept at troubleshooting complex, multi-layered issues that span application, database, and integration layers, employing AI-assisted diagnostics to quickly identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
• • **Technical Development & Customization:** You will engage in the development of custom solutions using a range of Oracle technologies, including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). You will design, implement, and maintain robust ERP extensions and sophisticated automation solutions, all powered by the Tessera AI platform. A critical responsibility is ensuring that all developed solutions strictly adhere to Oracle's best practices and align with enterprise governance standards, guaranteeing scalability, security, and maintainability.
• • **Integrations & Data Migration:** You will be responsible for implementing and managing integrations between Oracle ERP systems and other enterprise applications. This includes leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle SOA Suite, and various middleware platforms such as MuleSoft. You will expertly manage data conversions and migrations, utilizing AI-assisted tools like FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and ADF-DI (Application Development Framework Data Import), alongside traditional ETL processes. Your focus will be on ensuring that data flows are secure, reliable, and scalable across all connected enterprise systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
• • **Testing, Training & Support:** You will lead and execute various testing phases, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT). You will also play a key role in facilitating Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and UAT activities, ensuring client stakeholders are fully engaged and satisfied. Providing comprehensive end-user training is also part of your remit; proficiency in both English and Spanish is a distinct advantage. Post-production support is crucial, where you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and providing ongoing support, all enhanced by insights derived from the Tessera AI platform.
• • **Client Delivery & Engagement:** As an onsite technical lead, you will be the primary point of contact for delivering ERP modernization projects directly at client locations. Your ability to translate complex client requirements into actionable technical solutions and functional designs, incorporating AI-optimized workflows, will be paramount. You will provide expert guidance and strategic recommendations on Oracle ERP modernization initiatives, emphasizing the adoption of AI-enabled best practices to drive maximum business value.
• • **Enterprise Automation & AI Integration:** You will actively apply Tessera AI-driven automation to enhance ERP workflows, address legacy code remediation challenges, and facilitate data harmonization across disparate systems. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated AI engineering teams to integrate Oracle ERP systems into broader multi-agent automation frameworks, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in enterprise automation.
