- • Own the end-to-end modernization of our global go-to-market operational backbone, migrating 100 % of legacy Google-Sheets-and-Zapier workflows into robust, developer-backed, API-driven platforms anchored in Power BI.
- • Architect scalable data models and governance frameworks that will serve as the single source of truth for 150+ countries, ensuring every regional team can trust and act on real-time insights.

- • Represent the Systems Operations function in quarterly business reviews, presenting progress against KPIs, forecasting capacity needs, and securing executive buy-in for next-phase investments.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends in SaaS integrations, BI tooling, and workflow automation, ensuring our architecture remains best-in-class and future-proof.
- • Contribute to the broader 1840 & Company mission by enabling seamless remote collaboration across six global delivery centers, ultimately helping clients bridge skill gaps and accelerate growth.
