• • This newly created role of Systems Specialist within the Business Operations team is ideal for a junior to mid-level candidate eager to make a significant impact. You will be the central architect of our digital tools ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of critical platforms such as Salesforce, Zapier, Airtable, and Miro.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain sophisticated automation and integration solutions that connect our diverse digital tools. This includes developing complex flows, validation rules, and custom objects within Salesforce to optimize our sales and fulfillment pipelines, ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial contact to robot delivery and ongoing support.
• • You will leverage no-code and low-code integration platforms like Zapier to establish robust connections between Salesforce, Airtable, email marketing services, and our internal databases. This will enable efficient data flow and reduce manual data entry, freeing up valuable time for our team.
• • A key aspect of this role involves creating detailed process maps and data diagrams using tools like Miro. These visual aids will be instrumental in identifying operational bottlenecks, uncovering inefficiencies, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• • For workflows that extend beyond standard "out-of-the-box" capabilities, you will develop custom JavaScript or Python scripts to automate high-level processes within Airtable and Salesforce. This will allow us to tailor our systems precisely to our unique business needs and scale effectively.
• • You will be responsible for building and maintaining advanced dashboards and reports, providing real-time visibility into key business metrics. This includes tracking sales velocity, customer satisfaction, team performance, and the operational health of our robots.
• • A critical function will be developing sophisticated logic within Salesforce to proactively identify "at-risk" clients and predict churn patterns. This proactive approach will enable our teams to intervene effectively, ensuring sustained customer engagement and satisfaction.
• • You will also manage the technical aspects of clinical studies, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within our CRM for all relevant stakeholders, contributing to the validation and improvement of our technology.
• • Maintaining the smooth operation of existing automation scripts and promptly resolving any bugs or issues will be essential to ensure uninterrupted business processes.
• • Collaborating closely with various departments will be crucial to understand their operational challenges and develop tailored solutions. This includes creating and updating comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training sessions to empower the team to effectively utilize the new tools and processes you implement.
