- • The Systems Support Engineer (Night Shift) role at Keeper Security is a critical position within the B2B support team, responsible for delivering expert technical assistance to business customers and ensuring seamless product functionality and resolution of complex issues.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing customer service via phone, email, and online channels; assisting with installation and deployment of Keeper’s software; tracking and monitoring support cases for timely resolution; documenting and solving technical problems; escalating critical issues to engineering and management; and communicating solutions across internal teams and to customers.
