📋 Description
- • As a Talent Acquisition Advisor I at Fiserv, you will lead full-cycle recruiting activities to attract and hire talent aligned with business priorities, directly supporting the company’s mission to move money and information securely and reliably across the globe.
- • Day to day, you will conduct intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, manage offer processes, build talent pipelines, advise stakeholders on market trends, track recruiting metrics, and ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.
- • You will partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders across a global fintech leader that processes millions of transactions daily, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers through innovative payment and technology solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in data-driven recruiting, stakeholder advisory, compliance-driven hiring, and talent strategy within a high-impact, enterprise-scale organization, gaining experience in financial services and technology talent acquisition while advancing your career in HR and recruiting.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition supporting full-cycle recruiting across multiple job families in a corporate, search, or agency environment
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
- • Experience using recruiting metrics and reporting tools to evaluate pipeline health, hiring progress, and process effectiveness
