- • The Talent Acquisition Advisor is a key role in ensuring the organization's staffing needs are met through effective recruitment efforts, partnering with business unit leaders to align hiring with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- • Day to day, the advisor collaborates with business leaders to understand staffing needs, assists in creating strategic workforce plans, utilizes data and analytics to monitor recruitment metrics, ensures a positive candidate experience through clear communication, and participates in employer branding initiatives.
- • Harris Computer Systems Corporation is a leading provider of mission-critical software to the public sector in North America and a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., with a focus on utility, local government, school districts, public safety, and healthcare software verticals.
- • In this role, the person can learn to analyze recruitment performance data, advise on recruitment best practices, mentor junior team members, and develop expertise in strategic workforce planning and employer branding within a growing enterprise software organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelors or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
- • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role
- • Hands-on experience with an HRIS
- • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
