- • As a Talent Acquisition Analyst at Velera, you will provide critical operational and analytical support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and data-driven decision-making that directly impacts hiring quality and compliance.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing onboarding activities such as offer letter generation, background checks, pre-employment screening, and I-9 validation; driving process improvements through reengineering and technology use; analyzing recruiting data to build reports and dashboards; supporting HR Analytics initiatives; documenting SOPs; conducting self-audits; ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local recruitment laws; and assisting with vendor management and travel as needed.
