- • Talent Acquisition Associate role focused on supporting recruitment activities for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Warsaw, contributing to Dun & Bradstreet’s mission of turning data into opportunity for global businesses.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the recruitment team with hiring activities, coordinating candidate communication, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- • Part of a diverse, global Talent Acquisition team within Dun & Bradstreet, a leader in business decisioning data and analytics, operating in a hybrid work model with two days per week in the Warsaw office and remote flexibility.
- • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, develop skills in candidate engagement and stakeholder collaboration, and build foundational expertise in talent acquisition within a data-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Fluency in English; Polish language skills are a plus
