- • You will be entrusted with the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, including our Crew Member network, internship programs, and full-time Rocketeer positions within the Australian office. While the primary focus will be on Sydney-based hires, you may occasionally support recruitment efforts for our international offices in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore, broadening your exposure to global talent acquisition.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire hiring process, from meticulously defining job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers to actively sourcing candidates, conducting thorough screenings and interviews, extending offers, and managing the pre-onboarding experience. This hands-on approach ensures you gain a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to build a high-performing team.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers, providing valuable insights into the local talent pool, industry benchmarks, and the specific requirements of open positions. This strategic partnership is key to ensuring we attract candidates who not only possess the necessary skills but also align with ServiceRocket's core values.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with various internal teams, including Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Rocketeer Experience, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for delivering a seamless and positive hiring experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records is vital. You will be responsible for managing metrics, trackers, dashboards, and reports within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other essential tools such as Google Suite and Jira. This data-driven approach allows us to monitor recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- • You will engage with third-party providers to conduct employment background checks and may also be involved in conducting direct reference checks and verifying other required documentation, ensuring the integrity and quality of our hiring process.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve the creation, support, and maintenance of college recruiting and university relations programs within the region. This includes developing and nurturing relationships with academic institutions to build a strong pipeline of future talent.
- • You will actively participate in and promote the ServiceRocket employer brand at various events, including career fairs, industry expos, and campus recruitment drives. Your enthusiasm and ability to articulate our mission will be key to attracting prospective candidates.
