  • • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
  • • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach to build a diverse and qualified pipeline.
  • • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
  • • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and accurate logistics across time zones and calendars.
  • • Collect, organize, and document candidate feedback from interviewers to support hiring decisions and maintain process transparency.
  • • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and process consistency.
  • • Assist in recruiting projects focused on improving candidate experience, employer branding, and operational efficiency as the team scales.
  • • Help streamline hiring operations by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to keep recruitment moving at pace.
  • • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with team needs.
  • • Contribute to the development of scalable recruiting processes tailored to technical roles in a fast-growing AI product company.
  • • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to fair, consistent, and compliant hiring practices.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring priorities and support urgent hiring needs with urgency and precision.
  • • Participate in team retrospectives and process improvement sessions to refine recruitment workflows and tools.
  • • Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey, providing clear communication and a positive experience.
  • • Track recruitment metrics and reporting needs as required to support data-informed hiring decisions.
  • • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and hiring information.
  • • Embrace a learning mindset by observing and absorbing best practices from experienced recruiters and engineering leaders.
  • • Take ownership of assigned hiring tracks with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and follow-through on all tasks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
  • • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • • Comfort working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
  • • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
  • • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
