- • The Talent Acquisition Business Partner role is instrumental in driving Neara’s growth by sourcing, attracting and hiring exceptional talent to support teams across the USA and Europe.
- • You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for go-to-market and technical customer success teams, run structured role briefings with hiring managers, utilize advanced sourcing techniques for passive and overseas talent, and act as a brand ambassador ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- • Neara is a mission-driven company using advanced machine learning to create physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids across four continents, empowering utilities to build a more resilient global energy future through innovation and data-driven solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic talent acquisition within a high-growth SaaS scale-up, sharpen your stakeholder management and data-informed recruiting skills, and contribute directly to shaping a high-performance culture while growing your career in a meritocratic, flexible environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working within SaaS start-up/scale-up environments across a variety of roles and regions, ideally with some experience hiring in Europe
- • Demonstrated ability to manage a full req load independently, from briefing through to offer close
- • Experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) demonstrating strong process and data hygiene
- • Experience in strategic sourcing to uncover hard-to-find profiles
- • Proven stakeholder communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly with hiring managers
- • Natural ability to pitch candidates and close offers effectively, ensuring candidates are energized to join Neara
