  • • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong specialization in AI/ML and data science to join our Instructor Hiring team.
  • • In this crucial role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier technical talent from leading US companies to serve as mentors and instructors on our platform.
  • • Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and quality of our community, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
  • • This is a 1-year contractual position, offering a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced, tech-driven environment of a leading EdTech company.
  • • The role requires a semi-night shift, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:30/3:00 AM IST, necessitating some overlap with US business hours to facilitate effective communication and engagement with candidates.
  • • You will leverage your extensive 5-8 years of experience in technical recruitment to proactively hunt for and engage with elite candidates from tier-1 tech firms.
  • • Your exceptional communication and persuasive skills will be essential in 'selling the dream' – attracting and convincing top-tier professionals to join Interview Kickstart as mentors and contribute their expertise.
  • • You will manage the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, positive, and efficient experience for every candidate from their initial contact through to successful onboarding.
  • • A strong understanding of Machine Learning, AI, and data science domains is crucial for identifying the most suitable candidates and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and talent pools.
  • • You will act as a sourcing ninja, employing cutting-edge headhunting strategies and utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to effectively find, engage, and attract passive candidates.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to building talent pipelines and fostering relationships with potential instructors.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and profile needs for our instructor roles.
  • • Contribute to refining recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
