📋 Description
- • As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Perk.com Inc., you will serve as the operational backbone of the recruiting team, ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently for technical roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data. Your work directly impacts the candidate experience and enables the company to attract and hire exceptional talent that drives innovation and real-world impact.
- • You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate end-to-end interview logistics using the Ashby ATS, manage candidate communications with warmth and clarity, identify and resolve process bottlenecks, and proactively improve the candidate journey by identifying friction points and proposing solutions.
- • In TA operations, you will maintain and update interview pools, ensure interviewer availability and calibration records are accurate, contribute to process documentation and refinement, support data hygiene and reporting in Ashby, and participate in team initiatives aimed at enhancing hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
- • Perk.com is a global leader in intelligent travel and spend management, trusted by over 10,000 companies worldwide, with a mission to eliminate shadow work and empower real impact. Headquartered in London and Boston with 1,800+ employees across 12 offices, the company values ownership, a 7-star experience, and teamwork, fostering a culture where curiosity, purpose, and mindset drive innovation.
- • In this role, you will gain deep exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle across high-impact technical functions, develop expertise in recruitment operations and ATS systems, and have the opportunity to shape hiring processes from day one through ownership, feedback, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, IRL-first environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience in recruiting coordination or a role requiring similar operational and interpersonal skills
- • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including crafting personalized candidate emails and communicating clearly with stakeholders
- • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset with a genuine interest in improving systems and workflows
- • Collaborative nature, comfortable working across teams and building relationships with interviewers and hiring managers
- • Ability to navigate ambiguity and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- • Real ownership from day one — you’ll shape how we hire, not just schedule interviews
- • Exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple technical disciplines: Engineering, Product, Design, and Data
- • A collaborative, feedback-driven culture where your ideas for process improvement are genuinely welcomed and acted upon
- • IRL-first work model: 3 days a week in-person in Barcelona to foster connection, creativity, and team cohesion
