We are seeking several seasonal Talent Acquisition Coordinators to join our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the entire candidate lifecycle.
  • • This critical position is instrumental in ensuring a remarkable candidate experience from initial application to offer acceptance, while simultaneously streamlining our talent acquisition processes for maximum efficiency.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong, process-driven mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting to optimize our recruitment operations.
  • • As a cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments, including HR, IT, and Training, to foster a smooth, engaging, and positive hiring journey for every candidate.
  • • This is a temporary role with an anticipated duration of five months, offering a unique opportunity to contribute significantly during a key period.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a seamless and enjoyable experience for candidates at every phase of the recruitment cycle. This includes ensuring they feel valued and informed from the moment they submit their application through to formally accepting an offer.
  • • You will expertly manage the interview scheduling process, with a particular focus on our high-volume sales roles, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
  • • A key part of your role will involve initiating and meticulously managing the background check process. This requires close coordination with candidates and internal teams to promptly resolve any discrepancies.
  • • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and ensuring the integrity of data within our HR systems, providing essential insights into our hiring pipeline.
  • • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to enhance our recruitment workflows. Your insights will be crucial in reducing time-to-hire and increasing the overall operational efficiency of our talent acquisition efforts.
  • • Ensure strict compliance with all Talent Acquisition processes and policies. This includes adhering to all relevant hiring regulations, company policies, and best practices related to recruitment and employment laws.
  • • Assist in establishing and strengthening partnerships with HR, IT, Training, and other departments. Your collaborative efforts will be vital in innovating recruitment workflows and enhancing the overall hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • • You will serve as a reliable backup for HR Operations, providing essential support with background checks, I-9 verifications, and any other critical operational tasks as needed, demonstrating versatility and a commitment to team success.
