  • • A critical aspect of this role involves analyzing market trends, competitor data, and compensation benchmarks to inform our hiring plans and maintain a competitive edge in the talent market.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
  • • Maintaining a strong, positive focus on the candidate experience is paramount. You will champion our employer brand, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our company values and commitment to excellence.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by the development of a high-performing team of clinical recruiters who consistently achieve or exceed their hiring goals.
