• • The Talent Acquisition Manager at Lightspeed DMS, Inc. is a highly impactful role responsible for attracting, cultivating, and placing key talent to support organizational growth and talent strategy.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruiting strategies, utilizing advanced Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, building talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, creating exceptional candidate experiences, leading cross-functional talent initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing early career programs such as campus internships.
• • Lightspeed is the leading provider of cloud-based dealership management software serving over 4,500+ dealers across North America in the Powersport, Marine, RV, Trailer, and Golf Car industries, with over 500 integrations and a dealer-designed, dealer-refined platform refined over four decades.
• • In this role, the individual will develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies, strengthen partnerships with executive leadership, drive data-informed TA operations, enhance employer branding, and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while growing expertise in full-cycle recruiting for senior-level and early-career talent across technical and non-technical functions.
