- ⢠Partner with hiring managers across tech and business functions to define hiring goals and translate them into actionable, results-driven sourcing strategies.
- ⢠Proactively source, engage, and attract bar-raising technical talent globally through diverse channels including job boards, social media, niche communities, and networking events.
- ⢠Own the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles, ensuring a seamless, professional, and candidate-centric experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- ⢠Build and maintain scalable, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs, with emphasis on roles such as software engineers, data engineers, and product managers.
- ⢠Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance and promote myTomorrowsâ employer brand, highlighting the companyâs mission, culture, and impact in global health tech.
- ⢠Leverage data and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate) to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize hiring processes.
- ⢠Utilize Ashby (ATS) and AI-powered sourcing tools to streamline candidate discovery, screening, and engagement while ensuring compliance and consistency.
- ⢠Stay current with evolving recruitment trends, especially in AI-driven talent acquisition, and introduce innovative methods to improve candidate assessment and attraction strategies.
- ⢠Foster strong relationships with hiring managers by understanding team dynamics, role requirements, and business priorities to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- ⢠Drive accountability in the hiring process by ensuring hiring managers adhere to structured interview guidelines, timely feedback, and defined decision timelines.
- ⢠Deliver measurable outcomes including closing 6+ hires within the first 6 months, maintaining time-to-hire targets (e.g., under 60 days for most roles), and implementing at least one process improvement (e.g., refined interview guides, enhanced candidate communication, or optimized sourcing strategy).
- ⢠Gain deep familiarity with myTomorrowsâ mission, business model, and impact on patient access to therapies to effectively articulate the companyâs value proposition to candidates.
- ⢠Support hiring across multiple geographies, with particular attention to the U.S. market, ensuring alignment with local labor practices and talent expectations.
- ⢠Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in Ashby, ensuring data integrity and readiness for reporting and audits.
- ⢠Contribute to the development of inclusive hiring practices that support diversity and equity across all stages of the recruitment funnel.
- ⢠Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on market conditions, candidate sentiment, and competitive landscape insights for technical roles.
- ⢠Coordinate with global teams to align hiring plans with company growth targets and international expansion initiatives.

- ⢠4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on technical roles
- ⢠Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, tech-driven company
- ⢠Experience using Ashby or similar ATS and AI-powered recruitment tools
- ⢠Strong understanding of sourcing and assessing technical talent (e.g., software engineers, data engineers, product managers)
- ⢠Experience recruiting across multiple geographies, with familiarity with the U.S. market
- ⢠Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive hiring decisions
