• • As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Paloma Health, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our team to meet the growing demand for essential autism and ADHD care within the NHS. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders through the complexities of talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.

You will employ sophisticated outbound sourcing strategies, leveraging various tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates who align with Paloma's mission and values.
