- • As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Abacum Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the organization by attracting and hiring top-tier talent across all functions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming business planning for finance teams worldwide.
- • You will partner closely with senior leaders and founders to design and execute recruitment strategies that balance speed with quality, ensuring Abacum builds a high-performing, diverse team capable of driving innovation and growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading full-cycle recruitment processes—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing—while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
- • You will proactively source talent using advanced techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms, tapping into both active and passive candidate pools through networks, events, and employee referrals.
- • You will design and refine candidate assessment frameworks, facilitate structured interviews, lead calibration sessions, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure consistent, fair, and data-driven hiring decisions.
- • You will track and analyze key recruitment metrics—such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates—to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding team dynamics and hiring needs to deliver strategic talent solutions that align with departmental goals and company objectives.
- • You will enhance recruitment tools and processes by identifying and implementing technologies and best practices that support scalability as Abacum grows in size and complexity.
- • You will strengthen the recruitment engine by establishing standardized, repeatable practices that enable consistent hiring outcomes across departments and regions.
- • You will collaborate with People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding experiences, helping new hires integrate quickly, feel welcomed, and ramp up effectively in their roles.
- • You will contribute to Abacum’s culture by embodying its values—Customer Obsession, Audacious Ambition, Good People, and Tough Love—while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in every hiring interaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4+ years of proven in-house full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an early-stage SaaS or technology environment
- • Extensive sourcing expertise using Boolean logic, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms to identify and engage passive and active talent
- • Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to understand needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions
- • Experience designing and implementing scalable recruitment processes, assessment frameworks, and hiring best practices that standardize and improve hiring quality and speed
- • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and exercise independent judgment in fast-paced settings
